DDD operates two Medicaid waiver programs: the Supports Program and the Community Care Program. When individuals join one of these programs, they can receive services at home and in the community based on their evaluated needs and customized budget. While both programs have common eligibility standards, the Community Care Program requires meeting additional criteria.
